Compare two tattoo placements without losing your idea
Use one design to explore different positions. Keep a note about each option before asking your artist about the fit.
Keep the artwork consistent
Start with one design version. Upload a photo of the area you are considering, then adjust its scale, rotation and position. Use the same artwork when comparing another area so you are judging the placement itself.
Treat the preview as a sketch
A flat photo and a digital overlay are an approximation. Lighting, perspective and body movement affect how a design appears. The size field is a note for your artist; it does not calibrate a photo to physical centimetres.
Record what you noticed
Write down which direction feels natural and what you want your artist to check. Your body photo stays private unless you explicitly include it in an artist link. Friend voting links share only the design versions, never your body photo.
Try it in your own journal.
